The ultimate relationship thermometer

Many managers track eNPS1 and run similar manager-focused pulse surveys. For this post, let’s call the latter mNPS2.

But what if you applied the same approach to your personal life, your friendships, or anything else? Meet wNPS3.

Try asking your partner or your friends regularly:

On a scale of 0 to 10, how satisfied are you with our relationship, and how likely would you be to recommend me as a partner or friend?

If your rating starts to fall, it’s time to improve your “loyalty program.”
